1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
This policy explains how Amazon Toolkit handles user data. The managed Chrome extension provides user-initiated Amazon login, order/Excel export, bank autofill, proxy, image blocking, navigation, profile-access checks, and support messaging.
Only data needed for these features is handled. User data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to data brokers.
2. DATA HANDLED LOCALLY IN CHROME
Amazon login and authentication data
- Amazon email address or mobile login ID and Amazon password entered by the user.
- The extension uses this information to fill and submit Amazon sign-in forms at the user’s request.
- The password may be used to create the user-requested local Excel export. It is never included in the password-free server backup.
- Temporary login copies are removed after the workflow. A saved email and password for local Excel may remain in extension storage until overwritten, storage is cleared, or the extension is uninstalled.
Bank and financial data
- Bank account number and imported IFSC codes.
- Stored locally and used only to fill Amazon’s Add Bank Account page when enabled by the user.
- Bank account numbers and IFSC codes are not uploaded to mrjindal.com.
Proxy information
- Proxy username, proxy password, enabled state, selected port, connection state, and connection diagnostics.
- Stored locally and used only to configure/authenticate the selected proxy service.
- Proxy username and proxy password are not uploaded to mrjindal.com.
Settings and workflow state
- Post-login selections, custom/random URLs, image-block preference, Excel folder handle/name, job/retry state, and temporary tab IDs, used to run or recover selected workflows.
3. DATA TRANSMITTED TO MRJINDAL.COM
Managed access and profile data
- Activation Access ID; random install ID; device/profile ID and token; profile label; client/employee name; extension ID/version; regular/incognito context; requested action; and approval/license status.
- Used to enroll and verify the profile, enforce controls, reconnect it, and deliver configuration/admin messages.
Live operational status
- Heartbeat time, current task, active job names, workflow state, proxy enabled/connected/retrying state, public proxy IP, proxy port, retry counters, last failed port, and sanitized connection error text.
- Used for authorized live status and error diagnosis, not to collect general browsing history.
Support communications
- Support-panel messages, administrator replies, message IDs, and read status, used only for support.
Amazon order and website content
- When order extraction or automatic password-free server backup is used, the extension may process and transmit the Amazon account email, order ID, order date, shipping address, item name, quantity, seller, delivery status, expected or delivered date, order total, row count, page count, file name, snapshot date, and upload status.
- The server XLS supports managed backup/reporting. Server validation rejects any workbook containing a Password column.
- Amazon passwords, proxy credentials, bank account numbers, and IFSC codes are not included in server order files.
Standard service logs
- The service/host may receive IP address, request time, user-agent, endpoint, response status, and security logs for security, debugging, and reliability.
4. HOW DATA IS USED
Data is used only to provide selected Toolkit features; save settings/resume jobs; create local Excel and password-free server backups; verify profile access; show live status/diagnose errors; secure the service; and comply with law.
Amazon Toolkit does not use user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, unrelated profiling, or sale.
5. DATA SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
mrjindal.com and authorized workspace administrators
- Authorized account/workspace administrators may access password-free order files, managed-profile status, and support messages to provide the disclosed backup, control, and support functions.
Hosting provider
- Hosting infrastructure processes API, dashboard, access, support, and password-free order-file data only to host/secure the service.
Proxy and network-check providers
- When Proxy is enabled, requests use DataImpulse (gw.dataimpulse.com), which receives traffic and required proxy authentication under its own policy.
- To display and verify the active proxy connection, the extension may make requests to api.ipify.org, api64.ipify.org, ifconfig.me, and icanhazip.com. Those services necessarily receive the requesting public IP address.
- An Amazon resource verifies the tunnel. Amazon receives normal workflow requests/form data under its own policy.
Legal and security transfers
- Data may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident.
No other sale or sharing
- No sale, rental, data-broker, or advertising sharing. Human access is limited to the user, authorized workspace administrator, consented support, security, or law.
6. STORAGE, SECURITY, AND RETENTION
- Data transmitted by the extension to mrjindal.com uses HTTPS/TLS. Managed API requests use profile-specific bearer authorization.
- Local data stays in that Chrome profile’s extension storage; users must protect their Windows/Chrome access.
- Password-containing Excel files are blocked from server storage. Local Excel files that the user chooses to create may contain the Amazon password and must be protected by the user.
- Pending password-free Excel backups may temporarily remain in the extension’s local IndexedDB queue until upload succeeds or extension data is cleared.
- Server order files remain until administrator/client deletion. Recycle-bin files are purged after 7 days or immediately on administrator request.
- Profile/license records and support messages remain while the account is active or until deletion, except security/legal records.
- Standard hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and operational policies.
7. USER CHOICES AND DELETION
- Login, order extraction, bank autofill, proxy, image blocking, and post-login links are controlled through visible Toolkit buttons or switches.
- The user can replace saved settings, turn optional features off, clear the extension’s local storage in Chrome, or uninstall the extension to remove locally stored extension data.
- Administrators can recycle, restore, or permanently delete server files; revoke/delete profiles; and permanently delete related client records/files/messages. Recycle-bin files purge after 7 days.
- A user may request access, correction, or deletion through the in-product Support panel or the support/contact channel displayed at mrjindal.com. Requests may require identity and authorization verification.
8. CHROME WEB STORE LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE
Amazon Toolkit’s use and transfer of information received from Google Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Chrome API data is used only to provide or improve the extension’s disclosed single purpose and user-facing features. It is not used or transferred for personalized advertising, retargeting, unrelated profiling, or sale. It is transferred only when necessary to provide the disclosed features, maintain security, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. Human access is prohibited except with the user’s affirmative consent for specific support, for security purposes, to comply with law, or after aggregation and anonymization for internal operations.
9. CHANGES AND CONTACT
This policy may be updated when Toolkit functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
